Galloway training registration for the Soldier Marathon/Half opens on April 1. This year we are extending the Jeff Galloway Training Program membership into December so that we can run the inaugural Jeff Galloway 13.1 in Atlanta on December 14. All pace groups for this race are run/walk/run.
If you have ever been interested in training for a Marathon or Half Marathon, the Jeff Galloway program is a great place to start. This year’s schedule will once again include the Columbus Roadrunners’ Summer Series. Speedwork beginning on April 1, will be targeting this race series. Remember speedwork and 5K races are a great way to increase your pace for marathons and half marathons. If you want to get faster, participation is encouraged. More information about the Summer Series will be coming soon.
