The Next Steps program is for those who have completed Couch to 5K and are ready for, well, the Next Steps! The program builds from running 1.5 miles to completing up to a 10K (or 6.2 miles). Columbus Roadrunners offers the training for FREE, but if you want a personalized training plan we ask you to be a member of the club. Having a goal race encourages that the participant will see it through to the finish.
