Kids Run Columbus is designed to promote general fitness, create a lifetime of activity, promote a healthy lifestyle, basic nutrition and increase running in the community.
The new Kids program starts Thursday, June 19 @ 6pm @ Hardaway High School
It is an 7 week program. K – 6th grade.
Program: Kids Run Columbus
Cost: $20 includes a Training, TShirt, Certificate for participation & $5 discount on race
Dates: 6 week session starting Thursday, June 19, 2025 @ 6pm – Aug 7, 2025
Location: Hardaway High School
Target Race: Lakebottom 1 mile or 5K – Race fee is not included in program cost.
Each session will consist of training for 20-30 minutes and finish with a run from 1/4 mile working up to a mile or more depending on ability.
