August 31 Day Tone Your Body Workout Challenge
Complete each exercise for the prescribed amount of time, going simultaneously from one exercise to the other. The entire circuit equals 10 minutes with the transition from one exercise to the other. Complete the workout daily. Beginners – complete one circuit; Advanced – complete two circuits.
Send Carolee an email @ caroleeluther@gmail.com at the end of each week letting me know how you are progressing. At the end of the month let Carolee know you have completed the challenge. Gotta love a challenge!

Bicycle Crunches – 1 minute Plank – 1 minute

Wall Sit – 2 minutes Squats – 30 seconds
EXERCISE 5: EXERCISE 10:
Arm Dips – 30 seconds Russian Twist – 1 minute
