Superbowl XIII 5k, 10k & 1 Mile Run

Where: In front of Country’s on Broad (Broadway & 14th Street).
Course: The 5K course will begin on 14th Street between the TSYS campus and Country’s Bar-B-Q, and continue west
on 14th Street to the Riverwalk. Once on the Riverwalk, the course continues north 1.5 miles to a marked turn around
point at which time runners will continue back on the same route until arriving at the finish line located in front of Country’s
Bar-B-Q.
The 10K course has the same start as the 5K course, but when the 5K turns left of 14th street and heads towards
the finish, the 10K will will turn right to go over the 14th Street Bridge. Then left on the Riverwalk, then left at the
Dillingham Bridge, then right immediately after the Dillingham Bridge ends to go towards the Trade Center on the Riverwalk. Then, run to the turnaround point on the Riverwalk near the Trade Center and back the same way to the finish line.
The 1 mile course will begin on 14th Street between the TSYS campus and Country’s Bar-B-Q, and continue west on 14th Street to the Riverwalk. Once at the Riverwalk, the course continues north ½ of a mile to a marked turn around point at which time runners will continue back on the same route until arriving at the finish line located in front of Country’s Bar-B-Q.
Cost: 5K: $12 for CRR members $18 for non-members Race Day $20 for all
10k: $17 for CRR members $23 for non-members Race Day: $25 for all
1 Mile: $6 for CRR members $9 for non-members Race Day: $10 for all
No refunds will be given. Race Day registration begins at 8:30am.
Awards: Only pre registered runners will be GUARANTEED a t-shirt on race day
5K & 10k: First three overall Male and Female runners and first place Masters (40+) Male and Female runners will get
awards. Male and Female 5K runners who achieve first, second or third place in their age group will get a medal.
Age Groups: 14 and under, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70 +
1 Mile: The first three over-all finishers for the 1 mile race (under the age of 18) will get awards, and all finishers will receive ribbons.
All participants eligible for door prizes to be raffled during awards ceremony!!!
Proceeds to support the Columbus Road Runners and to promote health and fitness in the Columbus community.
