2011 Summer Solstice 5K Results Available
The results for the Summer Solstice 5K are available here.  A great race, which had a few obstacles due to locked gates.  Thanks to Bruster's for the ice cream, Nathan's for the hot dogs, and Publix for refreshments and snacks.

Get off the Couch and run Country's Midnight Run 5K!!

The next C25K(Couch to 5K) session starts Tues June 21st at Cooper Creek 7pm – meets Tues & Thurs targeting Country’s Midnight Run – Aug 27

 

Also please note it will now be CRR C25K presented by Big Dog Running Co – here are the details:

 

 

· At first meeting / run, participants will receive $10 off $50 purchase coupon to BDRC


· Halfway thru program, participants who have not missed more than 1 total meetings / runs will receive Big Dog logo’d bandana


· Participants that miss no more than 2 meetings / runs will receive Big Dog technical t-shirt


· Those that complete the program and are members of the CRR will be entered to win FREE pair of shoes from Big Dog Running Co.

All participants will have to check in at each training session.

Jeff Galloway Half Marathon Training Program Kickoff Event
It will be at Big Dog on July 19th at 6:30PM.  Jeff’s training program is designed to help average people of all skill levels and ages to complete a half or full-marathon.
